The Assessment
Get a snapshot of the condition of your community’s fence that details the high, medium and low priority items. This allows for you to budget for the restoration and decide to do it all at once or over the course of a few years.

The Restoration
Over time, brick perimeter fences start to show signs of deterioration. You may notice cracks, missing mortar, rust in the mortar lines, exposed ladder wire, sagging panels, and missing brick. Caught in time, the fence can still be repaired and the structural integrity restored.

Maintenance
Everything requires a little upkeep over time. Brick perimeter fences are no exception. BRI offers a yearly maintenance plan for fully restored or newly built fences.
Restoration Process
Reinforce: Installation of angle iron under the panel for center gravity support.
Grind: Remove loose mortar and rusted ladder wire.
Clean: Power wash the panel and column to prepare the area for repairs.
Prevent: Application of rust inhibitor to the exposed metal ladder wire to prevent further corrosion.
Repair: Installation of custom color-matched mortar to joints, crack, and loose or missing brick.
Seal: Premium masonry-grade water repellant is applied to prevent further water saturation.
All work above is performed on the outside and inside face of the fence. Upon completion of a full fence restoration, the community will receive a free year of Fence Maintenance.
Maintenance Process
One month prior to the annual inspection, BRI will send your property manager an interior panel request form so homeowners who back up to the fence can report any problems they notice.
Our representative will conduct a panel by panel inspection and report on any issue they see on the exterior face of the fence.
Our expert masons will repair any issues reported on the inspection and by the homeowner forms.
An updated report will be provided that will show all of the maintenance work conducted by BRI and a new contract will be provided.
Pressure washing and water repellant is included in the 5th consecutive year of maintenance.
Note: Opting into the maintenance plan effectively extends your warranty for an additional 12 months. Annual maintenance also includes coverage of vehicular damage, one incident per year covering up to two panels.
