Our patented and proprietary materials; specifically our chameleon compound for crack repair. (This compound is flexible and expandable to fill cracks and prevent them from coming back. In addition this compound can be colored to match any mortar color for a seamless repair.)

Yes, we offer a standard one-year warranty on all if our work to see the repair last through time and seasonal factors. We also offer additional warranty options for even more added protection.

Yes, Brick Restoration provides free, no-obligation estimates for all potential projects. We aim to provide estimates within 24 hours of the consultation.

Yes, we carry $2 million in General Liability Insurance for your protection, Workers Compensation Insurance on all our employees. As well as auto insurance & A Work Site Safety Training Program to ensure the protection of your property and of our employees.

The process begins with scheduling a consultation, where a Restoration Specialist inspects the site and provides a proposal. Once approved, the work is scheduled. Depending on the complexity of the project, some estimates can be provided on the spot

Yes, Brick Restoration handles projects of all sizes, even small ones like repairing a single crack. However, we may recommend additional work for better results​.

During busy seasons, the wait time to start a project may be up to 2-3 weeks. However, once a project is scheduled, most jobs can be completed within one day.

99% of our jobs are done by our salaried full-time employees. The other 1% is when one aspect of a project is out of our scope of expertise. We will always seek the most qualified partner in these situations and have built a reliable network of partners to help our customers.

We serve the Greater Houston and Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan areas.

For residential projects, we do have a minimum charge of $320. This would include a seamless repair for 1-3 small cracks, a few loose bricks, or other small work requiring about 1hr or < of work for a 1-2 man crew.

Once your project is approved, we aim to get it scheduled as soon as possible.

The timeframe to schedule can depend on whether or not your project requires specific materials. If your project requires materials, you will be updated on the status periodically.

Scheduling can range between 1-3 weeks out depending on the season. We do take emergency and priority jobs into consideration.

The completion of the project itself depends on the complexity however, most jobs can be completed within one day.
