Brick Discoloration
Brick discoloration is often due to age, water penetration (efflorescence), mold, dirt and other factors. This mismatch can leave an unsightly eye sore and often times traditional cleaning methods, like pressure washing, don’t always work.
DISCOLORATION REMOVAL
Solution: Our technicians will attempt to restore the area first by pressure washing or using an industrial masonry cleaner. If the structure is still discolored, the next step is to stain the affected masonry to match the surrounding area. We have seen that this is most often needed in cases where efflorescence is the issue. Out technicians will use a commercial grade masonry stain and artistically match the brick to give it a natural look, returning it to its original beauty.
